Eligibility: Returns are accepted if:

Conditions: items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 5 days of receipt.
Exclusions: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
Process: We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@safia.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to arrange for the delivery of goods to safiamodest.com at our store (El Mazloum Street, Zahraa, Nasr City, Egypt). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted .
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of our oversight.
International Orders
Clients are responsible for any customs fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and charges may apply for return shipments.
